In 1985 - drawing on hotel and professional catering experience dating back to the mid 1960s - Tony and Heather set about developing an unique system of catering including spit roast catering, which would enable them to cater for functions of between 20 and 5000 people.

This catering company continues successfully today under the same management utilising the original concept.  Innovative thinking and good old Kiwi ingenuity has had a helping hand along the way, making BBQ Bill the popular choice for function catering of any description.
